Forgive me for saying that there is much more exciting products out there than Boots budget range!
Also excuse me for over looking a great budget buy product
that has been glaring me in the face for many a year now.
I use Boots Cucumber Facial Wipes to quickly remove my make-up when I come home in the evening,
after many, many, many re-buys of such wipes I finally decided to pick up
something else from the Cucumber range and give it whirl!
Some days I wear eyeshadow, some days I don't.
Same applies for eye liner but you can bet your bottom dollar that I will not leave the house
without a good few coats of mascara on both my top and bottom eye lashes.
I rely on a good eye make-up remover to remove every little scrap of mascara
without taking half on my eyelashes with it, up until now I have been using various eye oils.
Never imaging that one day I would swap it for a budget eye gel!
Boots Cucumber has a light and fresh Cucumber scent that smells delightful.
The scent does not irritate the skin nor the eye area but makes the experience more enjoyable.
The remover itself is of a gel like consistency but not thick as you might have imagined
but rather thin and runny, which means you only need a tiny amount per eye.
You wipe it over closed eyes with the aid of a cotton ball and allow it to work it's magic.
Unlike some eye make-up removers this is actually a joy to use.
I don't know about you but at the end of the day my eyes are often tired.
This gel removes every trace of eye make-up - I tested both normal and waterproof formulas
but also soothes and cools my tired eyes, in fact it almost feels like a little treat...
a treatment or soothing eye cream type of feel which I never expected.
For extra bliss I often slice up a cucumber and pop them on my eyes.
I apologise for my lengthy post but this eye gel remover is too good not to gush about haha!
